Manage or cancel
Manage an Apple subscription in your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings. Manage a Google Play subscription in Payments & subscriptions in Google Play.
Restore access
Use Restore Purchases in SharkVPN with the store account used for the original purchase. Access is confirmed by the backend after the purchase is verified.
Refunds
Request a store purchase refund through the store that processed it. Eligibility is determined by the store’s policy. SharkVPN does not promise an automatic refund.
