Can I try SharkVPN without creating an account?
Yes. You can continue as a guest. Your available VPN time and access are shown in the app.
How do I get more VPN time?
Open VPN Time and choose an available reward. After you finish an ad, SharkVPN verifies the reward before adding time. Ad availability varies.
When is my VPN time used?
Connected-time rewards are used while the VPN is connected. Access may also have an expiry date. The app shows your current time and access details.
What does Premium include?
Premium removes ads and can unlock Premium locations. Review the available plan, device allowance, price and renewal terms in your app before subscribing.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel an Apple or Google subscription in your store settings to stop future billing. Account deletion has a separate 60-day recovery window.
Where are the desktop apps?
Windows, macOS, Linux and Terminal / CLI apps are coming soon. The current apps are for Android and iPhone.
