Request deletion in SharkVPN
Open Settings → Manage Account → Delete account, then confirm. You will be signed out and your account will be scheduled for deletion after 60 days.
Changed your mind?
Sign in during the 60-day window to cancel deletion. Your subscription and access still follow their original expiry dates. After the recovery window, the account cannot be recovered.
What happens to your data?
The deletion process removes personal profile and sign-in data and disables account notification associations. Necessary payment, security, fraud-prevention and accounting records may be retained.
Cancel store billing separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage that subscription in your store settings to stop future billing.
